All of our Modular Homes by the Modular Home Group Conform to State and Federal Regulations.
In addition, if your town has specific requirements, your home can be built to conform to those regulations.

• Double floor construction, glued and nailed (1/2" plywood underlayment and 7/16" OSB)
• 2x8 floor joists 16" O.C.
• 2x10 floor joists 16" O.C. (27'6" wide units)
• Metal cross bridging
• Double perimeter box
• Triple 2x under each half at center of house

Walls

• 1/2" gypsum throughout (taped and prime coated off-white
• Gypsum is glued, foamed and nailed to studs
• 2x4 interior partitions (except 2x3 at marriage wall)
• 3/8" plywood sheathing (locked to floor and plates and glued 4' up on exterior walls
• 2x6 studs 16" O.C.

Insulation

• Ceiling: R-38 fiberglass with vapor barrier
