Financing your Modular Home

Financing a Modular Home is not unlike financing a site-built home by a builder or developer. Mortgages for Modular Homes do not have different down payment requirements, or special terms. If you are looking to purchase a modular home from the Modular Home Group, you are encouraged to use any Mortgage Broker you wish, as long as they can guarantee to you in writing that they offer mortgages for Modular Homes (any experienced Mortgage Broker should be able to do this).

If you do not have a Mortgage Broker, or your preferred Mortgage Broker will not provide a mortgage because you are building a Modular Home, we can suggest to you an experienced Broker who has successfully completed hundreds of Mortgages for Modular Homes.
