founded in 2004 by Andrew and Victor Calvo based on Victor's
17 years in the Modular Home
Industry including his 39 years in real estate and building
while Andrew brought 5 years of real estate and modular
experience so as to bring real working knowledge and
experience to their clients allowing the clients to save
approximatly 20% - 30% plus when the client uses the
Modular Home Group building program. In addition, Customers
who purchase their home from The Modular Home
Group are walked
through the aspects of deciding on, buying and building
their
home. The staff at the Modular Home Group strives to
ensure that each and every customer fully understands
all aspects
of their purchase, and is comfortable with every decision
they make.
Using
the unique program of The Modular Home Group,
each customer is given the tools and knowledge to act as
their own
General Contractor
enabling them to manage all aspects
of the home building experience. Using earlier versions of
this program, hundreds of couples, individuals and
families were able
to save
thousands of dollars on the cost of their new home!

Andrew
Calvo graduated Monmouth University in 2005 with a Bachelors
Degree in Business Management and immediately began working
full time at the Modular Home Group. He brings his experience
in dealing with customers from his previous business
of providing computer training and support to families,
individuals and companies in the Monmouth County Area
since 1995. In addition, Andrew previously was a Commercial
Real Estate Agent for a major Commercial Real Estate
Firm in North Jersey, as well as a property manager for
over $4,000,000 worth of commercial property in the Monmouth
County area. |
Victor
Calvo
Co-Founder

Victor
Calvo is a graduate of Monmouth College (now Monmouth
University) and has spent the last 17 years in the
Modular Home industry, helping to sell hundreds of
homes to families,
and individuals in New Jersey, PA, NY, DE and surrounding
states. In
1998 Victor was instrumental in opening and running
New Jersey's
First Modular Home Manufacturing Facility in Jackson,
NJ and held a post on the Board of the Automated Builders
Consortium. In addition, Victor has managed and owned
hundreds of apartments throughout New Jersey, currently,
Victor's focus is on making customers of the Modular
Home Group happy and comfortable in what can be one
of the most stressful and difficult experiences of
their
lives - building their new home.
